Facility Usage Information

Any individual or organization requesting to use school buildings, facilities, or school property must register and submit an electronic building use request at least thirty (30) days before the event. Requests made with less than thirty (30) days notice by an outside organization may not be approved. The Requester must be an officer of the organization that carries liability insurance for the event.

School facilities in this district may be made available for community purposes, provided that such use does not interfere with the educational program of the schools.
