The Foundation for Enhancing Communities - TFEC offers over 120 scholarship opportunities through various scholarship funds. Deadlines vary for each scholarship. A list of scholarships available to Palmyra High School Seniors can be found here

Army ROTC  Scholarship - Do you need help paying for college? Check out the Army ROTC!

The College Board partners with scholarship providers connected to the SAT®, PSAT/NMSQT®, and PSAT™ 10 SAT. Through these partners, students can access over $300 million in scholarship awards.

Earnest Scholarship Fund - To help more students get to school, this fund was created to award 50 students who best articulate how their education will enable their dreams. 

Horatio Alger Scholarships - The Horatio Alger Association offers many scholarship opportunities to juniors and seniors progressing toward graduation and who demonstrate critical financial need ($55,000 or lower adjusted gross family income.)

Insurance Company Scholarships - Various insurance companies (such as State Farm, Geico, Liberty Mutual) will offer a variety of scholarships and awards to students nationally.

Keystone Boys State - An American Legion Scholarship Program, Keystone Boys State (KBS) is a week-long leadership development program that uses a state government simulation as the vehicle for instilling the principles of civic engagement, democracy, and patriotism in the student who attend. NROTC Scholarship - The NROTC program provides a full scholarship, up to $180,000! Apply at

Pennsylvania American Legion Scholarships - Several scholarship opportunities exist for children or grandchildren of legionnaires in good standing or the child or grandchild of a deceased Pennsylvania Legionnaire.

PB & J Scholarship - The PB&J scholarship awards students who have experienced challenges in their life that may not have allowed them to perform well academically but still have the drive to succeed. Deadline is May 31, 2022

2022 Marie Ambrose Levitz Scholarship Fund - Two one-year scholarships will be awarded from this fund to graduating high school seniors from Lebanon County. The scholarships will be awarded "based on merit and interest in conservation, horticulture, and/or environmental sciences" and the likelihood of pursuing a career in those content areas. Priority consideration will be given to those applicants demonstrating financial need. Applications must be submitted by June 15, 2022.

What Will Be Your Trademark? Scholarship Contest - The Mandour & Associates, APC “What will be your Trademark?” Scholarship awards a student with $2,500 which can be used for any expenses associated with a college education. This can include rent, food, clothing, books, technology, tuition, or paying off loans. The scholarship will be awarded to the community college, college, or law school student with the best story of what their “trademark” will be in life.  In other words, when your career is over, what will you be known for? Essays and resumes must be submitted by June 15, 2022.


Past Scholarships

Verizon Young Entrepreneur Scholarship - This $1,000 scholarship for business-minded college and university students is now open. It is meant to aid the educational journey of one entrepreneurial student with a forward-thinking mind and exciting vision of the future. Apply by May 31, 2021.

2020 Walter L. Smith Memorial Republican Scholarship Award - Eligible students (seniors) are asked to submit an essay to the Lebanon County Republican Committee detailing which President they consider to be the greatest and why for a chance to earn a $1,000 first prize or $500 second prize scholarship. Essays and cover sheets are due by March 31, 2020.

2020 Mt. Gretna Arts Council Scholarship - The Mt. Gretna Arts Council is offering this scholarship to graduating seniors from Lebanon County who will be attending a postsecondary educational institution for Visual Arts, Music or Theater. Applications packages must be submitted by April 20, 2020.

Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation - The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation invests in exceptional students who are dedicated to leadership, service, and action that positively affects others. Apply for one of 150 college scholarships worth $20,000 by October 31, 2021.

Hershey Horticultural Society Scholarship - The Hershey Horticultural Society is offering a $3,000 two-year, post-secondary scholarship for $1,500 each school year: 2021-2022 & 2022-2023. The applicant's planned major should be one of the following: Horticulture, Agronomy, Landscape Design, Conservation, Botany, Plant Pathology, Floriculture, Environmental Concerns, Forestry, or City Planning. 

Jack Kent Cooke Foundation College Scholarship Program - The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation's College Scholarship Program is an undergraduate scholarship program available to high-achieving high school seniors with financial need who seek to attend and graduate from the nation's best four-year colleges and universities. The Cooke Foundation College Scholarship Program application (exclusively through the Common App) closes November 18, 2021.

Test Prep Insight Scholarship - The Test Prep Insight team is committed to giving students with disabilities a better chance to achieve their professional goals. Applicants must be currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a 2-4 year university, community college or graduate program located in the United States; must have a medically recognized physical or mental disability; and have at least a 2.5 GPA. Applications must be submitted by November 30, 2021.

2022 National Space Club and Foundation Keynote Scholarship - Since 2013, The National Space Club and Foundation has offered the opportunity for a student to give the keynote address at the National Space Club and Foundation's annual Goddard Memorial Dinner, one of the space industry's most prestigious gatherings. The student must intend to pursue a career in the Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) fields, be academically strong and excel in public speaking. In addition to speaking at the Goddard Memorial Dinner, the individual selected will also receive a scholarship, in the amount of $10,000. This scholarship is awarded to a U.S. citizen, and is open to seniors in High School through graduate students studying at an accredited educational institution in the United States, who has definite plans to pursue a career in the STEM fields. Women in Transportation Scholarships - The Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) has several scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 available to female students considering a transportation related career, including: Planners, Engineers, Economists, Scientists, Computer/IT, GIS Mappers, CADD Specialists, Managers, Construction, Public Relations, Geologists, Air Traffic Controllers, Survey, Public Policy, Finance, Wildlife Specialists, Historians, Architects, Arcaeologists, Ecologists, Sociologists, and more. Applications must be submitted by December 17, 2021 (extended deadline).  

Equitable Excellence Scholarship - This scholarship program awards students from across the country who work hard to make a positive and lasting impact in their communities and beyond. 100 renewable rewards of $5,000 each and up to 100 one-time honorariums of $2,500 will be granted. 

2022 Pennsylvania JCI Senate Scholarship Program - The Pennsylvania JCI (Junior Chamber International) Senate is an organization affiliated with the United States JCI Senate and the Pennsylvania Jaycees. They will provide two $750 scholarships to current residents of Pennsylvania who are high school seniors and plan to continue their education at an accredited college, university, or vocational school. The applications of these two PA recipients will then be forwarded to the United States JCI Senate Foundation for consideration to receive an additional $1000 scholarship grant. Lebanon County Educational Honor Society Esther Z. Papson Scholarship - This scholarship, sponsored by the Lebanon County Educational Honor Society, is being offered to current seniors who will be attending college to major in education. Applications, along with all supporting documents are due in the guidance office by January 15, 2022.

Pennsylvania State Society Daughters of the American Revolution Scholarships - The Pennsylvania State Society Daughters of the American Revolution Scholarships (PSSDAR) is offering several scholarships . Applications must be mailed to the local chapter, Kathy Murphy, 200 W. McKinley Ave., Myerstown, PA 17067-2337 by January 31, 2022. Questions may be directed to Gloria Belair at or Kathy Murphy at

Keystone Contractors Association Scholarship - This annual scholarship program was created to assist in attracting outstanding people to the construction sectors, such as Project Managers, Project Engineers, Estimators and Field Supervisors. Assuming the recipient maintains career ambitions and excels in school, this scholarship is renewable up to three years. Application deadline is February 1, 2022.

Scholarships for Military Children - Defense Commissary Agency offers $2000 scholarships to unmarried dependent children (under age 23) of military--active, reserve or retired. The deadline to apply is February 17, 2022.

2022 Merit Shop Construction Scholarship Program - This scholarship program is sponsored by the Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) and is administered by the Merit Shop Training & Research Center. The scholarship is offered to assist individuals seeking to further their careers in construction. The application and instructions can be found at the link above. Individuals must submit all required forms and materials by February 25, 2022.

2022 PSECU Scholarship - PSECU is awarding six scholarships of up to $8,000 each. To be eligible, high school seniors must be a PSECU member by December 31, 2021. Students interested in joining PSECU must be eligible for membership, and there are many ways to become a member. Please note that joint owners are not automatically PSECU members. All applications must be submitted by 12 PM ET (noon) on February 28, 2022.

Jeff Koppel Memorial Head Start Scholarship - The Pennsylvania Head Start Association invites eligible students from all Pennsylvania high schools to apply for the Jeff Koppel Memorial Head Start Scholarship Award. These awards will be given to two former Head Start students with an outstanding high school record who will enroll in post-secondary education. The application deadline is February 28, 2022

Joseph James Morelli Legacy Foundation - This scholarship is open to high school seniors and students with a demonstrated learning disability who will be attending technical school, community college or undergraduate programs. The applicant must be pursuing a STEM-related degree. Awards of up to $2,500. The deadline to apply is February 28, 2022.

2022 Belco Elton "Miller" Peterman Scholarship Program - Belco is proud to recognize the achievements of deserving students and support their continued education and training. Our annual scholarship program awards five $1,000 scholarships (three to graduating seniors and two to members) who are continuing their education. Applicants must be a Belco member. Online applications must be submitted by March 1, 2022.

2022 Hermine Solt Student Scholarship - The Pennsylvania Association of Educational Office Professionals (PAEOP) provides this $500 scholarship that was established in 1992 for the purpose of aiding students in Pennsylvania to pursue higher education in a business-related field. Additional criteria for consideration include: Financial Need; Academic Performance (must have a minimum of a 3.0 G.P.A.); School Activities (Clubs, Sport or Music/Arts); Work, community and/or volunteer activities; and Traits of leadership, citizenship, and service to school and community with an excellent attendance record. Applications must be submitted by March 1, 2022.

2022 Young Women in Public Affairs (YWPA) Award - The Zonta Club of Harrisburg/Hershey is offering this $1,000 scholarship to pre-college/university women, aged 16-19 at time of application. Applicants should have a demonstrated commitment to the volunteer sector. Deadline to apply is March 1, 2022.

2022 PPL Power Scholars Program - The Power Scholars scholarship program will award 15 scholarships to minority and female students pursuing a degree in Engineering and Information Technology. The $5,000 awards are available to students entering any year of full-time, post-secondary education at a college or university. Applications must be submitted by March 2, 2022.

2022 PPL Powerful Tech and Trade Scholarship - PPL places a high value on skilled trades workers. This scholarship program will award ten (10) $2500 scholarships for minority and female students entering any year of a full-time, post-secondary career training at a community college or technical school in PPL's service territory. Applications must be submitted by March 2, 2022.

2022 Buzgon Davis Law Offices College Scholarship - This college scholarship has been established by the law firm of Buzgon Davis Law Offices to financially assist a Lebanon County graduating senior. Applicants must be a graduating senior with an academic standing in the top 25% of his/her class attending a Lebanon County high school. The completed application, together with the essay, must be submitted to the guidance office by March 10, 2022. One application per school will then be submitted to the law office for final consideration.

Navy League Foundation Scholarships - The Navy League Foundation awards scholarships to children and grandchildren of veterans or active duty sea service men and women who will attend college in the fall of 2021. Applications will open October 11, 2021. The deadline to apply is March 11, 2022.

The Garden Club of Harrisburg is offering a $1,000 scholarship to high school seniors planning to attend a four year college or university in 2022-2023 with a major in Horticulture, Floriculture, Landscape Architecture, Conservation, Forestry, Botany, Agronomy, Plant Pathology, Environmental Science, Land Management, Wildlife Sciences, Urban or Regional Planning, or plant or ecology related studies. The deadline for receipt of the applications is March 15, 2022.

2022 Microsoft Disability Scholarship - The disAblility Scholarship was created in 2013 to enable high school students with disabilities to go to college and target a career in the technology industry. Each year this scholarship is awarded to promising high school seniors who plan to attend a vocational or academic college in the US and have a financial need. Applications are due by March 15, 2022.

Qualified Hardware Scholarship - Qualified Hardware believes in hard work and a drive to succeed. They are offering a $1,000 scholarship to a candidate who is an example of a hardworking dedicated student. Apply by March 15, 2022.

United Steelworkers Scholarship Program in Memory of Hugh Carcella - This $1000 scholarship is offered for four years for a total value of $4000. An applicant must be in good standing, or the son or daughter or legal ward of a member of a United Steelworkers, District 10 local union participating in the Scholarship Program; or the son or daughter or legal ward of a disabled or old age retiree or deceased member of an affiliated local union who was in good standing at their time of retirement or death. Applications may be obtained from participating local unions. Applications must be postmarked by March 15, 2022.

2022 PICPA High School Senior Scholarship - PICPA High School Senior Scholarships are awarded to students attending a Pennsylvania high school interested in majoring in accounting. Other requirements are listed below. Awards are given on a competitive basis to candidates who best satisfy the requirements of high intellectual capacity, leadership potential, and an intent to pursue a career in accounting. Applications must be completed by March 16, 2022

 2022 PAMS Julie Sullivan Memorial Scholarship - The Pennsylvania Association of Medical Suppliers (PAMS) will be awarding a $2,000 scholarship to a deserving student who has been successful in their academic pursuits while overcoming physical challenges with the help of home medical equipment and supplies, such as wheelchairs, walkers, respiratory devices, diabetes devices, asthma devices, etc. Please submit applications to PAMS by March 18, 2022.

2022 Harmonia Music Scholarship Competition - The Harmonia Music Association of Lebanon is pleased to offer two (2) $2,000 scholarships to senior students graduating from a Lebanon County school this year who have been accepted by a college or university and will be actively participating in music. Applications are due on or before March 19, 2022. Auditions will be held on March 27, 2022.

Mattress Advisor's Sleep Science Scholarship - Our commitment to sleep science has highlighted the profound impact of sleep health science in education. Many students struggle with sleep problems during their college years. This inspired us to help students by introducing our own sleep scholarship as well as curating a number of other sleep scholarships available. You may qualify for one or more of the scholarships featured if you’re interested in studying or pursuing a degree in sleep science, feel passionately about your dreams, or are dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle, which starts by improving your sleep quality. 2022 PA Media Group Best & Brightest - The PA Media Group -- The Patriot-News and PennLive -- has launched the search for high school seniors to be named the Best and Brightest to represent the class of 2022. This is the 30th year honoring these exceptional students. 2022 Gary R. Brown Environmental Scholarship - RT Environmental Services, Inc., in partnership with the PA Chamber Foundation, presents this scholarship, which is open to students from Pennsylvania and New Jersey pursuing a degree in the field of Environmental Sciences or Environmental Engineering. 2022 Joseph F. Kurjiaka Scholarship - The Lancaster-Lebanon School Business Officials (LLSBO), partnering with the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO), will award scholarships to students attending Lancaster or Lebanon public schools or Lancaster Catholic High School. Students must be attending a campus of Penn State University, including Pennsylvania College of Technology, majoring in business (or business-related course of study such as Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, etc.) or education for the 2022/2023 academic year. Applications must be received by March 25, 2022.

2022 Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees Scholarship - The Lebanon County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees (PASR) will award two (2) $1,000 scholarships to Lebanon County high school seniors planning to earn a bachelor's degree in the field of education. The scholarship will be awarded on the following basis: Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Financial Need. 2022 Ryan Monk Scholarship - This $1000 scholarship is offered in memory of Ryan Monk to a senior football player who will be attending a postsecondary educational institution. To be considered for the scholarship, please submit an essay (500 words) on the topic, "How has the Palmyra football program changed your life?" Essays are due to the Guidance Office by March 25, 2022.

2022 ASHRAE Scholarship - The Central Pennsylvania chapter of ASHRAE is an organization aiming to provide healthy and sustainably-built environments by joining HVAC&R professionals around the world. They are offering a $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior pursuing a degree in an HVAC&R related field (this can include engineering, architecture, HVAC & building sciences, etc.). Application materials are due no later than March 29, 2022.

2022 Hershey Area Art Association Scholarship - The Hershey Area Art Association is offering a $1,000 scholarship to an individual who lives in Dauphin or Lebanon County who is planning to study Art at a college, university, or approved art training institute in 2022. Application period ends on March 31, 2022.

JVP Business Scholarship - This scholarship is being offered to a current Palmyra Area High School senior who will be attending business school or college/university to major in business. Application materials should be submitted to the high school guidance office by March 31, 2022.

2022 Carl "Gib" Gibble Memorial Scholarship - To honor Carl "Gib" Gibble, who passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer in 1991, family and friends established this scholarship, which is offered to graduating seniors of Lebanon County high schools. Applicants must submit their application and essays by April 1, 2022.

2022 Harrisburg Area Civic Garden Center, Inc. Scholarship - This scholarship is open to seniors majoring in Horticulture, Floriculture, Landscape Design, Botany, Biology, Forestry, Agronomy, Conservation, Plant Pathology, Environmental Concerns, City Planning and/or other allied subjects (with approval of committee chairperson). Applications are due by April 1, 2022.

2022 Henry Funk Memorial Scholarship - Arthur Funk and Sons, Inc., Construction Services is proud to offer this scholarship to senior students who have the desire to attend a post-secondary school (trade school, community college, or 4-year college or university) to major in the construction trades. Up to four (4) scholarships will be awarded, totaling $2,000. Applications must be submitted by April 1, 2022

2022 Lancaster-Lebanon Association of Educational Office Professionals (LLAEOP) Scholarship - The LLAEOP is pleased to offer one scholarship in an amount up to $1,000 to a 2020 Lancaster County or Lebanon County High School graduate who shows promise and interest in the secretarial/business field. Applications must be submitted to Mrs. Stephanie Nallo, LLAEOP Scholarship Committee, Lancaster County Career & Technology Center, 1730 Hans Herr Drive, Willow Street, PA 17584, by April 1, 2022 (postmarked).

2022 Lebanon County Council of Human Services Agencies (LCCHSA) Scholarship - LCCHSA is offering a $500 scholarship to a student who will be pursuing a career in the Humans Service field. This general scholarship can be used toward the cost of tuition, books or other education related expenses. Applications must be submitted by April 1, 2022.

2022 Lebanon Valley Chamber Foundation Scholarship - The Foundation will award up to six (6) scholarships to Lebanon County high school students, which will include no less than two $1,000 scholarships to a Lebanon County high school senior (other than Valedictorian or Salutatorian) seeking a degree from a four-year college or university. Candidates should have a declared major in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math). They will also award no less than two $1,000 scholarships to a Lebanon County high school senior pursuing a technical certificate/degree beyond the secondary level. Applicants should demonstrate a desire to bring important high-demand skills back to the region after graduation. Applications must be submitted by April 1, 2022.

2022 The Lebanon Valley Conservancy Richard H. & Karen R. Light Memorial Scholarship - The Lebanon Valley Conservancy offers this $2,500 scholarship each spring to a graduating student from a Lebanon County high school or college student attending Lebanon Valley College or HACC who plans to study conservation, ecology, natural resources/wildlife management, water resources and management, or the environmental sciences. Applications must be submitted by April 1, 2022.

2022 Palmyra Garden Club Scholarship - The Palmyra Garden Club announces its Jenny Horstick $1000 book scholarship to be awarded to a Palmyra High School senior graduating in June 2022 who will be pursuing advanced study in horticulture, agriculture, conservation, environmental science, or forestry. Applications should be submitted to the guidance office by April 1, 2022.

2022 Pennsylvania School Counselors Association (PSCA) Scholarship - The PSCA will award one $1,000 scholarship to a senior who is pursuing a post-secondary education. Applicants must submit an essay on a School Counselor who has made a difference in your academic, career, and/or social-emotional development. Applications must be submitted by April 1, 2022.

2022 Road to Safety Scholarship Contest - Metzger Wickersham's Road to Safety Scholarship Contest is open to graduating, college-bound high school seniors who currently reside in Pennsylvania. First place: $1000; second place: $750; third place: $500. The deadline for all entries is April 1, 2022.

Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association (PR&LA) Scholarship - The PR&LA Education Foundation Inc. is offering scholarships ranging from $250 to $1500 to high school seniors who are graduating this year and have been accepted to a hospitality or culinary arts program. The deadline to apply is April 1, 2022.

2022 ASHE Scholarship - The American Society of Highway Engineers-Harrisburg Section is offering several $2,000 minimum scholarships to students who will be enrolling in (or are enrolled in) a four year bachelor's degree program in engineering. Instructions for completing the application and the Recommendation Form can also be found at Applications are due by April 2, 2022.

2022 Epilepsy Association Western/Central Pennsylvania (EFWCP) Scholarship - The EFWCP will award three (3) $1,500 scholarship and eight (8) $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors who have epilepsy/seizure disorder and who are going on to postsecondary school. All applications must be submitted by April 4, 2022

2022 Making a Difference of Lebanon, PA Annual Scholarship - Making a Difference of Lebanon, PA is pleased to offer 2 non-renewable $250 scholarships to two graduating high school seniors from Lebanon County. They are looking for students who are actively serving their community. Applications must be received no later than April 5, 2022.

2022 Lebanon Federal Credit Union Future Leader Scholarship - This $1,000 scholarship provided by LFCU recognizes and rewards a high school senior at each of Lebanon County's high schools who has shown character, leadership abilities, outstanding academic achievements and an exceptional appreciation for community service. The applicant must be a current Member in good standing of the LFCU. Online applications must be submitted by April 8, 2022.

Kiwanis Foundation Scholarships - Since its inception in 1985, the Pennsylvania Kiwanis Foundation's Scholarship Program has awarded over $400,000 in scholarships to 250 individuals. Scholarships include the Kiwanian Dependent Child Scholarship, Key Club Scholarships, Circle K Scholarship and Neiman Endowed Graduate ScholarshipApplications are due by Monday, April 11, 2022.

2022 Lebanon County Association of Realtors Scholarship - This scholarship opportunity is open to any 12th grade student graduating from a Lebanon County High School this year. Up to three (3) $500 scholarships will be awarded. Applications, accompanied by essay, must be submitted by April 3 April 11, 2022 (updated deadline).

2022 Knights of Columbus Council #10502 Scholarship - The Knights of Columbus Council #10502 invites graduating high school seniors, who are practicing Catholics, members of the Church of the Holy Spirit in Palmyra, PA, and will continue higher education to apply for this $1,000 scholarship. Applications must be received by April 12, 2022. You may mail completed applications and essays to the address listed or upload documents here

2022 American Legion Four Pillars Scholastic Award - The Robert L. Eckert American Legion Post 831 in Campbelltown is proud to present a scholarship award for continuing education to the graduating boy and girl who embody the spirit of the American Legion's Four Pillars. Each candidate must have a teacher or faculty member sponsor their application. Applications are due in the guidance office by April 13, 2022.

2022 Christ - Yapit "Make a Difference Award" - The Hershey-Palmyra Sertoma Club is offering (2) $1000 scholarships to graduating seniors from Annville-Cleona and Palmyra High Schools. Relatives of members of the Hershey-Palmyra Sertoma Club or any other Sertoma Club are not eligible for this award. Applications are due in the guidance office by April 13, 2022

2022 Margaret Rose Leach Memorial Scholarship - This $1000 scholarship in memory of Margaret Rose Leach will be awarded to a senior graduating from Palmyra High School in 2021. Applicants should be highly involved in their school and community. Applications are due in the guidance office by April 13, 2022.

2022 Mark Kaylor Memorial Art Scholarship - A $500 scholarship in memory of former Palmyra student Mark Kaylor will be awarded to a current Palmyra senior planning to pursue a career in art, graphic design, or a related field. Applications are due in the guidance office by April 13, 2022

2022 Former Penn State Club of Lebanon County Scholarship - The Former Penn State Club of Lebanon County is pleased to provide a $200 scholarship to a graduating senior from Palmyra Area High School with plans to attend Penn State University. Applications are due in the guidance office by April 13, 2022. 

2022 James Biever Criminal Justice Award - The James Biever Police-Community Alliance (JBPCA) presents the James Biever Criminal Justice Award. Retired Corporal James "Jim" Biever, who passed away in August 2020, was a dedicated Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Officer for 25 years. He served the PSP with pride, honor, and integrity, inspiring many. The Board of Directors of the JBPCA is honored to offer a one-time $1,000 scholarship to Lebanon County High School Seniors who wish to pursue a career in Criminal Justice. The application and essay are due by April 16, 2022.

Campbelltown Sons of American Legion Scholarship - The Campbelltown American Legion will award two (2) scholarships of $500 each to one male and one female recipient. To be eligible, students must be graduating from Palmyra Area High School, cyber school, or homeschool in 2022 and be a resident of the Palmyra Area School District. Applicants should be highly involved in their school and community. Applications and essays must be turned in by April 16, 2022, to the guidance office.

2022 Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster Senior Scholarships - Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster, LTD., is offering two (2) $1,500 scholarships to two eligible seniors, one female and one male. Applicants should be a senior at PAHS, have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, be accepted to a college, university, or trade school, be active as a student-athlete, cheerleader, or student manager for a minimum of (2) Palmyra Area School District-sponsored athletic teams in their senior year, and must demonstrate leadership skills. Applications and essays must be submitted by April 18, 2022.

2022 American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) Scholarship - The Susquehanna Section of AIChE is offering a one time scholarship of $750 to 1-2 high school seniors planning to pursue a degree in chemical engineering. Applications must be received by April 8, 2022 April 20, 2022 (extended deadline).

Trevor Binner Memorial Baseball Scholarship - This $500 scholarship in memory of Trevor Binner is being offered to any 12th grade baseball player graduating from Palmyra Area High School. Applicants should be accepted by a post-secondary, 2 or 4-year college or university, and be highly involved in their school and community. Applications and essays must be turned in by April 20, 2022, to the guidance office.

Trevor Binner Memorial Football Scholarship - This $500 scholarship in memory of Trevor Binner is being offered to any 12th grade football player graduating from Palmyra Area High School. Applicants should be accepted by a post-secondary, 2 or 4-year college or university, and be highly involved in their school and community. Applications and essays must be turned in by April 20, 2022, to the guidance office.

2022 Moyer-Longacre Scholarship - This scholarship is a one year grant given to graduating seniors from each of the public high schools in Lebanon County. Applicants should be interested in a career in education or an educationally related field. These qualifications will also be considered: attainment, need, and personality & traits of character. Applications and profiles should be submitted to the guidance office by April 22, 2022.

2022 Pennsylvania School Public Relations Association Scholarship - The Pennsylvania School Public Relations Association will award two (2) scholarships to qualified Pennsylvania public high school seniors who plan to pursue a career in a communications field (i.e., journalism, English, public relations, advertising, graphic arts, etc.) Applications must be postmarked by April 22, 2022.

2022 Richard E. Fogleman Memorial Scholarship - The Hershey Federal Credit Union (HFCU) is offering two $1,000 scholarships to current member of HFCU with an account in his or her own name. Applications are due by April 29, 2022.

2022 Palmyra Area Education Association (PAEA) Book Scholarship - The PAEA will be offering several book scholarships to current high school seniors who will be continuing their education. Applications and essays are due in the guidance office by Friday, April 29, 2022. 

2022 Brownstone Masonic Scholarship - The Brownstone Lodge No. 666 (Hershey, PA) will award a $1,000 scholarship to a Palmyra High School senior who will be pursuing a higher education. It is a competitive scholarship that is awarded to those who meet the necessary criteria: community service, financial need, and academic promise and proper completion of the application. Applications must be submitted by April 30, 2022, to Brownstone Masonic Scholarship Committee, Attention: Shawn Hentz, 221 Royal Rd., Palmyra, PA 17078.

2022 PAWC Stream of Learning Scholarship - Pennsylvania American Water Company (PAWC) is proud to offer this scholarship to students residing in PAWC's service areas. The company will award ten (10) $1,000 scholarships to students who are plan to study environmental science, biology, engineering or chemistry. Applications must be submitted by April 30, 2022.

2022 ASHRAE High School Senior Scholarship - The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) is offering four one-year $3,000 scholarships available to undergraduate students enrolled full-time in their first year of college in a pre-engineering, engineering, or engineering technology program leading to a bachelor’s degree in a course of study that traditionally has been a preparatory curriculum for the HVAC&R profession. Applicants must be high school seniors with a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.0 on a scale where 4.0 is the highest and/or a class standing of no less than the top 30%. Applications must be submitted by May 1, 2022.

Graybar Construction Trades Scholarship - Graybar Electric Co., Inc., is offering this schlarship opportunity to students who wish to pursue a construction career in the trades.  It is available to graduating high school seniors or to those who have already graduated high school or who have earned a GED.  Application deadline is May 1, 2022.

Luthercare Nursing Scholarship - Luthercare is pleased to once again offer scholarships to high school seniors who are pursuing a degree in the field of nursing. This year, we have extended the opportunity to all school districts in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. Applications are due by May 2, 2022.

TransCanada Scholarship Opportunities - TransCanada Corporation, an energy company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, is offering several scholarship opportunites:

  • TransCanada STEM Scholarship - in support of students who are studying science, engineering, technology or math academic disciplines and can demonstrate a strong commitment to their community through volunteerism, leadership or other community involvement. 
  • TransCanada Indigenous Legacy Scholarship - awarded to Indigenous students who are studying any academic disciplines.
  • TransCanada Trades Scholarship - in support of students who are entering a qualifying trades program ata registered education institute. This includes, but is not limitied to, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, welding, pipe fitting and camp related postions.

2022 Traditions of Hershey Scholarship - Traditions of Hershey is a vibrant senior living community who strives to give back. To that effort, they are delighted to offer a one-time $500 scholarship to a member of the Palmyra High School Class of 2022. The successful applicant will have plans to pursue a higher education, as well as a demonstrated commitment to community service. Essays and application materials must be submitted by May 9, 2022.    

2022 Scott & Hoffnagle Scholarship Fund - The Scott and Hoffnagle Scholarship Fund is pleased to offer (1) $10,000, (1) $7,500, and (3) $5,000, scholarships to individuals pursuing higher education. Although all applications for individuals furthering their education are considered, preference will be provided to Construction "trade" related curriculums. Applications must be received by May 13, 2022, for consideration.

2022 Alletta Schadler Scholarship - The scholarship of $1000 will provide support to any Lebanon County resident pursuing a degree or continuing education in the area of Family and Consumer Sciences. This includes areas such as, but not limited to: apparel design, textiles and merchandising, dietetics, food and nutrition science, food safety, public health, health education, hospitality and culinary management, and child & adolescent development. The application deadline is May 15, 2022.
