Teacher Information

I have been teaching in the Palmyra Area School District since 2002. I started my career as a 6th grade teacher before becoming the middle school librarian. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Shippensburg University, a Master's Degree in Library Science from Kutztown University, and a Master's Degree in Education in Instructional Media from Wilkes University. I also hold a STEM Endorsement and an Online Instruction Endorsement from Wilkes University.

I live in Palmyra with my husband and twin sons. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I'm also a huge Pittsburgh Steelers, Penn State football, and Philadelphia Phillies fan! 

Course Information

In reference class, students will learn how to locate, evaluate, and use information. They will also learn how to be good consumers of information through our digital citizenship lessons.
