As a Math Instructional Coach in elementary schools, I support both teachers and students by providing instructional guidance, resources, and professional development to enhance math teaching and learning. I collaborate with teachers to improve lesson planning, model effective teaching strategies, and help differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners. I also assist in analyzing student data to identify areas for improvement and design interventions to address gaps in understanding. Additionally, I work to align math instruction with state standards, support the implementation of the curriculum, and foster a collaborative learning community among teachers. My ultimate goal is to improve math outcomes for all students by building teacher capacity and creating a positive, engaging math environment in the classroom.
