I am a second grade teacher at Northside Elementary.  I have been teaching 2nd grade for over 15 years.  It is literally the best grade ever! 

Want to know a little about me?   

- I attended Northside as a student for 4th and 5th grade.  My son will attend Northside next year.  It's my home away from home. 

- Professionally, I have my master's degree as a Reading Specialist from Penn State and bachelor's degrees in early childhood and elementary education from Shippensburg University. 

- I live with my son, Owen, within walking distance of Northside!  He helps me take care of two foster babies … a 5 month old baby boy and a 1 month old baby girl. I love to read, attend church, and make crafts. Some of my favorite things include Dunkin Donuts coffee, peanut M&Ms, and Amazon Prime.
