Hi Everyone!

My name is Mr. Trout and I am a P.E. Teacher for students in 6th and 8th grade, as well as Health Teacher for 7th grade. This is my 8th year here at Palmyra Middle School. I am one of the Assistant Middle School Track Coaches as well, so if you are interested in joining the team, let me know and I woud be happy to help you make that happen! When not at school, I am spending time with my Wife, Daughter, and our dog 'Goose'.

About me:

• In my free time I enjoy staying active, whether indoors or out, and spending time with my family and friends!
• My favorite place to vacation is the beach
