Forge Road Elementary

I graduated from Lower Dauphin High School in 2006 and received my undergraduate degree in Elementary and Kindergarten Education from Penn State in 2010. I earned my Master's degree in Teaching and Curriculum from Penn State in 2015. 

I have been teaching at PASD since 2012. I started as a computer teacher and have been in 2nd grade since the 2014-2015 school year. This is my 13th year with the district. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Information, links, and forms will be provided by the teacher at the start of the school year. Weekly email updates will be sent out via email, usually on Fridays. Information to sign up for Class Dojo will be distributed.

Mrs. Warner’s Supply List

Please put the following items in your child’s pencil box ready to go:

1 glue stick

1 box 24-ct Crayola crayons and any colored pencils/markers

1 large pink eraser

1 pair of scissors

1 box colored pencils and/or markers (your child’s preference)


Please send in other items and extras in a grocery bag!


OPTIONAL:

  • Tissues
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Packing Tape (to fix books)
  • Markers
  • 1 pencil box
  • 10-24+ pre-sharpened pencils (Ticonderoga or USA Gold/Platinum)
  • Glue sticks (any size, 2-12 count)
  • 2 boxes 24-pack crayons
  • 1 pack colored pencils
  • 1 pair of 5” kid-sized scissors (I do have some if you aren’t able to get these, they just aren’t the best.)
  • 2 large pink erasers
  • Dry Erase markers, chisel-tip or fine tip (any amount is appreciated!)
  • Personal headphones/earbuds in a labeled bag. The tangle-free cord on the linked example is so helpful, but not necessary. 
  • Water Bottle with straw/spout, labeled with name
