My name is Mrs.Ehlmann! It is an honor to be a reading specialist in the Palmyra Area School District.  Teaching literacy is my passion! This is my 4th year as a reading specialist.  I previously taught for 8 years as a special education teacher, here at Pine Street.

I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education with a dual certification in Special Education from Lebanon Valley College

While teaching in the classroom, I obtained my Master’s in Reading and a Reading Specialist certification from Edinboro University.

When I’m not teaching, I love to spend time with my husband, Mark, my daughter Emma, and our chocolate lab, Jax!

We love watching sports, especially the Eagles and Penn State!
