Hello! My name is Katey Appelt and this is my first year at Palmyra Area High School! Before teaching at Palmyra, I taught Upper School Math (specifically, Geometry as well as a few Algebra I and Statistics courses) at Lancaster Country Day School for five years. I'm excited to continue teaching Geometry at Palmyra and come back to teaching Algebra II (which I taught during student teaching!).

Fun Fact: I'm currently getting my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction (with a concentration in computer science) at Elizabethtown College (where I also got my Bachelors of Science Degree in Secondary Mathematics Education).
