K–8 Cougar Academy Online Learning Educator and Learning Coach

I am currently in my fourteenth year of teaching, with twelve years of experience in Anne Arundel County Public Schools in Maryland. I’m excited to be starting my second year in the Palmyra Area School District! Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to teach students across all K–12 grade levels. I hold a degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Instructional Technology with a specialization in School Library Media.

I’m passionate about integrating technology into my lessons to enhance learning and keep students engaged. Whether it’s using digital tools or exploring new forms of media, I strive to create a dynamic, student-centered classroom where learners are inspired and equipped for success in an ever-evolving world.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband and I are proud parents of three wonderful daughters, all students in the Palmyra Area School District. Family time is very important to me, and I cherish the moments we spend together.
