MS hosts annual MiniThon Dodgeball Tournament

The 2024 Mini-Thon Dodgeball tournament was one to remember for many reasons. First, we had 23 teams participate, which was the most teams we have ever had in a tournament. This high number of teams also meant a lot of money raised for Mini-Thon. This year, we were able to raise $1,152 for our Palmyra middle school Mini-Thon! Great job Cougars!
After pool play and an 8-team playoff, it came down to two teams. Mrs. Patrick led her fancy dressed Sparkletts up against Mr. Massar's Slamming Squad. The pink, glittery uniforms did not help the Sparkletts as The Slamming Squad came out victorious to claim this year's Dodgeball Championship! The team was led by coach of the year, Mr. Massar with team members including Allie Fink, Natalie Yi, Mason Kyper, Bohden Gingrich, Ethan Chiriccio, Gavin Bonenberger, Tyler Aughenbaugh and Landon Kohler. Great job Slamming Squad and great job to everyone who participated and raised money for a great cause!
