Team 2539 ranked 1st with a 10-2 record and 37 Ranking Points, 6 Ranking Points ahead of the 2nd place team. Team 2539 won three straight matches in the double elimination tournament to advance to the Championship best 2 out of 3 where the Team needed that 3rd match but came out victorious to win the Hatboro-Horsham District Qualifying event for the 2nd year in a row!!!!
Team 2539 also received the Excellence in Engineering Award for an overall awesome performing and looking Robot that was also one of the best designed and built Robots at the competition.
Before even attending our second District Qualifying Event, Team 2539 has earned enough points to qualify for the FIRST Mid-Atlantic District Championships at Lehigh University April 6-8.
Team 2539 will be in action again March 17-19 at the Springside Chestnut Hill Event. Hope to see you there!
