Current PAHS Students

To request a copy of your current transcript or report card, please complete the Current PAHS Request Form:

* Please be aware that mailed transcripts to colleges/universities may take up to 3 weeks to be marked received by the Office of Admissions!

PAHS Alumni

We require a request form to be filled out from any alumni/former student in need of a high school transcript.

NO transcript requests will be accepted over the phone or by email. 

PAHS does NOT have copies of diplomas.

College/Career Fairs

LCCA College and Career Fair - There will be a College and Career Fair on Monday, October 23, from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm. Students will be transported from the high school via school bus to the Lebanon Expo center for the event. There are over 80 vendors (Colleges and Employers) scheduled to appear with more to come. This event is for students to obtain information about furthering their education and/or looking for potential employment opportunities. Registration form is available here and to see the current list of vendors click here, there are additional registration forms available in the Guidance Office. The registration form must be returned to the Guidance Office no later than Friday, October 13 by 2:45 pm. Space is limited to the first 90 students, so get your form in early.

NACAC College Fairs

NACAC (National Association of College Admissions Counseling) offers four different types of college fairs: National College Fairs, Performing & Visual Arts College Fairs, STEM College & Career Fairs and International Universities Fairs. ASVAB Information

The ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) will be given at PHS on Tuesday April 9, 2024. This test is open to all interested juniors. Seniors who need to take the exam for military entrance or for a graduation pathway may test. The ASVAB Career Exploration Program can provide you with important information about your skills, abilities, and interests.
